5 Senses Garden

5 Senses Garden

Community inclusion, wellbeing and healthy lifestyles are at the heart of the therapeutic garden we have developed in partnership with the City of Canada Bay Council in Rhodes Park, Concord.

The 5 Senses Garden encourages older people and people with disability to stay active and connected to the community and nature.

This unique garden appeals to all five senses providing an environment to enjoy and participate in innovative workshops.

There are three main areas connected by an accessible pathway:
- Harvest garden
- Native sensory garden
- Nature play and education

There is a central community area encouraging socialisation, information sharing, dining and formal education session.

Weekly workshops organised by Inner West Neighbour Aid run from the Garden. Register for one today by calling 9799 5099 or visit: www.5sensesgarden.com
